This Page Model 1011 is a problem-solver used to carry very
small lightweight cartons & packages.
Sideframes: 2-1/2" deep x 12 Ga. formed steel powder painted.
Standard sections come in lengths of 5' & 10' but a wide
range of intermediate lengths are available from 12" to 120".
(Lengths must be divisible by roller spacing)
Standard overall frame widths: 12", 15", 18" &
24" but custom widths available from 5-1/8" to 30".
Rollers: 1" OD x heavy wall 11 Ga. steel roller tubes with
1/4" diameter bare steel axles. Close roller spacing every
1-1/8" allows cartons as small as 3-3/8" length in direction
of flow, to be handled. (Note that model SSR below is much cheaper
for light packages longer than 4-1/2" )
Capacity-Unique heavy bearings carry up to 50 lbs. per roller.
