The Model 138/190-NSPEZ is a horizontal live roller conveyor designed for applications that require accumulation of products without a build-up of line pressure. Singulation feature allows products to be easily removed from any location on conveyor.

• Non-reversing design.
• Floor or Ceiling supported.

138-NSPEZ MODELS:

• Bed: 9-1/2" deep x 12 Ga. formed steel frames, powder painted.
• Rollers: 1-3/8" dia. x 18 Ga. galvanized rollers. (Optional 11 Ga. unplated rollers)
• Roller centers 3" (Optional 1 1/2")
• Overall Frame Widths: 12", 15", 18", 24" (Optional to 30")
• Motor-1/2 HP standard-3/4 to 1 1/2 HP available.
• Capacity: Maximum load per drive roller; 10 lbs. (Refer to chart in catalogue sheets attached) No minimum load
• Zone Lengths: 12", 18", 24", 30" & 36" long accumulation zones-air controlled. (Other zone lengths available.)
• EZ Logic® Accumulation Module located in each zone. Accumulation achieved by 24v DC photoeye sensor modules connected to air bags in each zone.
• Requires 115vAC control & 60 psi air.

190-NSPEZ MODELS:

• Bed: 9-1/2" deep x 12 Ga. formed steel frame powder painted.
• Rollers: 1-7/8" dia. x 16 Ga. galvanized rollers. (Optional 9 Ga. unplated rollers)
• Roller centers 3" (Optional 2 1/4")
• Overall Frame Widths: 16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 26", 28", 30", 34", 36", 40", 42"
  Motor: 1/2 HP standard-3/4 to 2 HP available.
• Capacity: Maximum load per drive roller 15 lbs. (Refer to chart in catalogue sheets attached)
• No minimum load.
• Zone Lengths: 12", 18", 24", 30" & 36" long accumulation zones. (Other zone lengths available.)
• EZ Logic® Accumulation Module located in each zone. Accumulation achieved by 24vDC photoeye sensor modules connected to air bags in each zone.

Model 190-NSPEZC Powered Curve, Accumulating-Zero Pressure:

• True zero pressure zoned slave driven curves.  30°, 45° and 90° available.
• Tapered rollers assist in package orientation.
