Model 1416 is a problem-solver used to carry skids with narrow
bottom boards or plastic pallets with small "flower-pot"
protrusions on underside where they contact conveyor rollers.
Similar carrying capacity as 1.9" rollers on 2" centers
but can be placed on 1.5" centers. Good industrial workhorse
for odd-shaped products.
Sideframes: 3" x 1.5" x 3/16" formed steel angles,
powder painted.
Standard sections come in lengths of 5' & 10' but a wide
range of intermediate lengths are available from 12" to 120".
(Lengths must be divisible by roller spacing)
Standard overall frame widths: 16", 18", 20" 22",
24", 26", 28", 30", 34", 36", 40"
& 42" but custom widths available from 10" to ??".
Rollers: 1.375" OD x heavy wall 16 Ga. steel roller tubes
with 7/16" diameter bare steel axles. Close roller spacing
every 1-1/2" allows cartons as small as 4-1/2" length
in direction of flow, to be handled.
Capacity-Unique heavy bearings & axles carry up to 290 lbs.
