The Model 25/26-CRR is a medium duty chain driven roller conveyor used for conveying in a variety of industries. The 25/26-CRR produces a positive drive that aids in many manufacturing processes. Can be used in conveying oily parts.

• Bed- Heavy 4 Ga. formed steel channel frame powder painted.
• Overall Frame Widths: 22-1/4", 24-1/4", 26-1/4", 28-1/4", 30-1/4", 34-1/4", 36-1/4", 40-1/4", 42-1/4", 46-1/4", 50-1/4", 54-1/4", 58-1/4", 64-1/4", & 70-1/4".
• Chain to chain driven rollers.
• Rollers:  2-1/2" dia. x 11 Ga. wall unplated tread rollers spaced every   3", 3-3/4", 4", 5", 6", 7.5", 8", 10" or 12".
• Model 26-CRR is similar but has heavier rollers  2-5/8" dia. x 7 Ga. wall.
• Motor- 1/2 HP standard-3/4 HP to 2 HP available.
• Capacity- Maximum load per liner foot of conveyor; 300 lbs., not to exceed rated capacities. (Refer to chart in catalogue sheets attached)
• Maximum conveyor length 100 feet  (At 100' you must add a second drive)
• Center Drive-can be placed at any point along conveyor length.
• Reversible. Drive Chain-  #40, 50 or 60 roller chain.

Roller Covers

• Ultrex UHMW slip tubes/ Ultrex sleeve coverings for bed rollers on accumulating conveyors. Bed rollers slip inside sleeves.
• Kastalon Polyurethane non-marking covering for bed rollers for better traction & long wear.
• Plastisol PVC covering for bed rollers provides better traction and is non-marking.
