The Model 25-CREZD is a horizontal chain driven live roller conveyor designed to handle heavy loads such as pallets, drums, etc. without a build-up of line pressure. Singulation feature allows products to be easily removed from any location on conveyor. A McKessock favorite because it is not only strong & silent... it's SMART too!

• Frame: 4" x 4 Ga. steel channel frame, powder painted.
• Rollers: 2-1/2" diameter x 11 Ga. unplated tread rollers spaced every 4" or 6". (Optional 2 5/8" diameter x 7 Ga. unplated rollers)
• Conveying Surface Widths: 27.75", 31.75",35.75", 39.75", 43.75", 47.75", 51.75", 55.75", 59.75", & 63.75".
• Motor: 1/2 HP per zone standard-3/4 HP available.
• Non-reversing design is standard. Reversing design available.
• Capacity: Maximum load per linear foot of conveyor; 1000 lbs. Maximum unit load 3000 lbs.
• Zone Lengths: 30" to 120" long accumulation zones.
• EZ Logic(r) Accumulation Module located in each zone.
• Accumulation is achieved by 24vDC photoeye sensor modules connected to motor starters in each zone. No air supply or clutches required.
• Sleep mode stops motors & rollers from turning when no product is present, reducing noise & power consumption. Wake-up eye restarts conveyor when product is reintroduced.
