(NOT INCLUDED)		 The Ball Transfer Table is used when products are required to be manually rotated or correctly positioned, such as a work station or other similar operation that requires quick, easy handling of the product. Ball Transfer Table is also used when more than two conveyor lines converge and packages must be transferred from one line to another.

  • Steel Channel Frame 3-1/2 in. x 1-1/2 in. x 10 ga. or 2-1/2 in. x 1 in. x 12 ga. (Specify skate wheel or 138 Roller Type when mounted in 2-1/2 in. channel)

Model BPA & BPAS

Model BPA & BPAS are designed to be placed on an existing work table, cart, etc.
Available in widths from 12” to 50” and in lengths from 12” to 120”, by 1.00” increments.

BALL PLATES - Formed 1/8” steel plates. Model BPA & BPB have angle stiffeners located on 12” centers and on both ends. Models BPC & BPD are made in nominal 12” length increments with 1-1/4” channel flange.
BALL TRANSFERS - 50 lb. capacity per ball, 1” dia. ball transfer with 1/4” - 20 unc stud mount. Hardened ball cup, zinc plated protective cover provides low torque and extended life. Optional: 250 lbs. capacity per ball, 1.5" dia. ball transfer.
SIZES - 24" x 24", 24" x 36", 24" x 48", 36" x 36", 36" x 48", 48" x 48"

Model BPB & BPBS

Model BPB & BPBS are designed as a free-standing transfer table with smooth edges. Accepts standard LEWCO SPM and SPH series supports. Available in widths from 12” to 50”, and in lengths from 12” to 120”, by 1.00” increments.

Model BPC & BPCS are designed for use with standard 1.9” diameter gravity conveyor. Includes 3-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 1/8” formed steel channel frame rails with butt couplers. Top of balls are 1/4” above top of frames. Available in B.F. dimensions
from 9” to 51” in 1” increments and lengths from 12” to 120” in 12” increments. Accepts standard LEWCO SPM & SPH Series Supports.

Model BPD & BPDS

Model BPD & BPDS are designed to replace rollers in existing 1.9” diameter roller conveyors. Consists of the same plates as in Model BPC or BPCS, without the rails.
Available in B.F. dimensions from 9” to 51” in 1” increments and in lengths of 2”, 6” & 12”.
