The Model DCEZ-60 is a
drag chain conveyor designed to handle pallets. With the EZ Logic
system, pallets are accumulated with Zero-Back Pressure, reducing
the possibility of a collision that may result in product damage.
- Bed: 6" x 7 Ga. powder painted formed steel angle with
1-1/2" x 3/16" wall steel chain support tube.
- Frame Widths: 19-7/8", 22-7/8", 25-7/8", 28-7/8",
31-7/8", 34-7/8", 37-7/8", 40-7/8", 43-7/8",
46-7/8", & 49-7/8".
- Double Pitch Conveyor Chain, C2060H (C2080H optional)
- Motor: 3/4 HP standard - 1-1/2 HP maximum.
- Non-reversing design.
- Capacity-6000 lbs. maximum load at 30 FPM. (Refer to chart in
catalogue sheets attached)
- Zone Lengths: 30" to 120" long accumulation zones.
- EZLogicŪ Accumulation Module located in each zone.
- Accumulation achieved by 24vDC photoeye sensor modules connected
to pneumatic lift pads in each zone.
- Requires 115vAC control & 60 psi air.
