The Model PCX can
be easily positioned under punch presses & extruding machines
to catch small steel, plastic or aluminum stampings etc. The PCX conveys
them to a shipping container or inspection table.
- Bed-7-1/4" deep x 12 Ga. formed steel bed which provides
1" high sides above belt.
- Belt Widths: 12", 18", & 24" (30" optional)
- Belt has 1" high plated steel cleats on 12" centers.
(Plastisol coated steel optional)
- Portable base support is steel, mounted on 6" dia. wheels.
It is adjustable to control conveyor height at top and bottom.
- Motor-1/2 HP to 1 HP.
- Capacity-100 lbs. total distributed load.
- Belt Speed-25 FPM.
