The High Speed Pusher provides high speed automatic product diversion. Product may be diverted 90° onto another conveyor, chute, etc. Special two-valve pneumatic control system provides smooth operation up to 45 cycles per minute. Cycle time varies with weight of product and stroke.
- Capacity: Light duty pusher; 75 lbs. maximum package weight.
- Stroke Length: Light duty pusher 14" to 18", 18" to 24", or 24" to 30" ranges. Ranges may be adjusted for any length within each range.
- Push-Off Cycle: up to 45 times per minute. Cycle rate varies with package weight.
- Ram Face: 12", 18", or 24" wide with 1" thick cushioned pad.
- Air Requirements-60 p.s.i. minimum, 125 p.s.i. maximum.
Prosort 50/50 Pusher

The Prosort 50/50 Pusher is also high speed but has the advantage of taking up much less factory floor space. The trade-off is higher prices vs. floor space savings. |
